HQ Photography Return Policy

Once a purchase is made from HQ Photography, it is assumed the buyer has read and agreed to the terms and conditions below. These terms must be complied with. A link to these terms is posted on every photo purchase page.

Rules for Returns:

  • Prints (all sizes) — When a print has been ordered, there is no doubt in our minds that you will be satisfied with the quality of the print. Because we are confident in our product we will give the buyer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your purchased print. If you are unsatisfied with the print, you can return it for the original cost of the picture (shipping expenses cannot be refunded). After 30 days it is not possible to give a refund. If you have purchased a print and are unsatisfied, please contact to request a refund or replacement. We will then provide you with the physical address to return your print. Once we receive the print we will provide you a refund. Please provide details of your purchase in the request. Thank you.
  • Digital Files for Editorial, Personal, Commercial, or Print use — Your ordered digital negative will be sent to you, within 24-48 hours. You may contact to request a refund anytime BEFORE the image has been delivered. Once the image has been delivered, no refunds will be granted.
